Move better at home
Work on the strength and movement you use every day, in the rooms where you use them.

- Walking from room to room
- Navigating steps and doorways
YOUR HOME. YOUR PACE.
In-home physical therapy and balance support to help you move through your home—and back toward the things you love.

When moving feels uncertain, your world can start to feel smaller.
Let’s work toward making it bigger again.
HOW I CAN HELP
From getting out of your chair to getting out of your front door, care starts with what matters to you.
Work on the strength and movement you use every day, in the rooms where you use them.
Build a plan around your balance concerns, your abilities, and the activities you want to feel more comfortable doing.
Break down the movements between your living room and your next meaningful outing.
Looking for help for a parent or partner? You’re welcome to start the conversation together.
A SIMPLE PLACE TO START
You don’t need to know the name of a treatment. Start with the part of everyday life you’d like help with.
This guide organizes your questions. It isn’t a medical assessment or a diagnosis.
Choose the one that feels closest.
YOUR NEXT STEP
Your fit for care is confirmed through a conversation and an individual evaluation. This guide doesn’t determine eligibility.
PERSONAL CARE. FAMILIAR SURROUNDINGS.
I’m Christian Lloce, a Physical Therapist. I bring care to your home, with a focus on the movements and routines that matter in your day.
We’ll talk about your concerns, your routines, and the goal you’d like to work toward—even if it’s simply getting out for a haircut.
An individual physical therapy evaluation helps connect your movement abilities with real tasks at home.
We’ll discuss appropriate exercises, movement practice, and next steps based on your evaluation and goals.

A FEW THINGS YOU MAY BE WONDERING
Practical support for moving at home, staying active, and getting back to the things you enjoy.
Care comes to your home.
The right service starts with a conversation.
Getting up from a chair, walking around your home, managing steps, feeling steadier, and working toward the outings you miss. In-home care focuses on your everyday goals in the space where you live.
Physical therapy includes an individual evaluation and skilled treatment for movement and functional difficulties.
Wellness supports general exercise, staying active, and an established exercise routine when skilled therapy is not needed. It is a separate service, not a physical therapy visit.
Yes. When skilled therapy is no longer needed, wellness visits can help you keep up an established exercise routine, stay active, and make movement a regular part of your day.
No. You may simply find it easier to receive care at home, or you may want help working toward getting out more comfortably.
Cash-pay physical therapy is available for people who are not enrolled in Medicare. Medicare beneficiaries may book appropriate self-pay wellness services only; these are not physical therapy visits and are not billed to Medicare. If skilled therapy is needed, we’ll discuss an appropriate therapy provider. A 45-minute visit is $130; packages are $500 for four visits or $960 for eight. Service fit and fees are confirmed before scheduling.
Yes. With your permission, a family member or caregiver can join the visit, share your goals, and help you follow through with appropriate activities at home.
